Purchase, Shipping, and Delivery Conditions

The user must make the purchase through the website www.reinesurfboards.com.

Payments can be made using the enabled methods such as credit card, PayPal, or other methods specified during the purchase process.

Shipping

Shipments will be made through the transportation company designated by Reine Surfboards (pending confirmation) and will be available for the following destinations:

  • Spain (Mainland, Balearic Islands, Ceuta, and Melilla)

  • Europe (all European countries)

Delivery Times
  • For surfboards, the delivery time will range from 24 hours to 4 business days, depending on the destination area.

  • For other products, the delivery time will be specified during the purchase process and may vary depending on the destination.

The delivery times indicated are approximate and do not include Sundays or holidays.

Shipping Rates

The shipping rates for surfboards are as follows:

  • Spain (Mainland): 40 € (VAT included)

  • Balearic Islands: 40 € (VAT included)

  • Ceuta and Melilla: 40 € (VAT included)

  • Europe: Between 60 € and 80 € (depending on the destination)

Shipping for Other Products

Shipping for other products (clothing, accessories, etc.) will be subject to options shown during the purchase process.

Returns and Refunds Due to Shipping Inability

If Reine Surfboards is unable to ship to a country after the order is placed, a full refund of the amount paid by the user will be processed. The customer will be informed of this situation within a maximum of 24 hours after the confirmation of the problem. In this case, the payment will be refunded using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

General Remarks
  • Delivery times are approximate. In the event of stock shortages or other issues, Reine Surfboards will contact the customer to offer a new delivery time or, if the order cannot be completed, cancel it.

  • The address provided for shipping must be complete and allow delivery during business hours. If delivery is not successful and the order is returned to our warehouse, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping and return costs.

Delivery Issues

If any issues are detected upon receiving the order (damaged packaging, defective or missing products), the user must:

  1. Indicate this in writing on the carrier’s delivery note.

  2. Contact Customer Service (contact@reinesurfboards.com) within a maximum of 7 days from receipt.

Claims or returns will not be accepted after the indicated period.

Return and Refund Policy

You have the right to cancel your order within 15 days without providing a reason.

The cancellation period is 15 days from the date you received the goods or from the date a third party designated by you, other than the carrier, took possession of the product.

To exercise your right to cancellation, you must inform us of your decision through a clear statement.

We will refund you no later than 30 days from the day we receive the returned goods. We will use the same payment method that you used for the order, and you will not incur any charges for the refund.

Conditions for Returns:

To be eligible for a return, make sure that:

  • The goods were purchased within the last 15 days.

  • The goods are in their original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:
  • Goods made according to your specifications or clearly customized.

  • Goods that, by their nature, are not suitable for return, such as goods that deteriorate quickly or whose expiry date has passed.

  • Goods that are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons and were unsealed after delivery.

  • Goods that, after delivery, are inseparably mixed with other items.

We reserve the right to reject returns of any goods that do not meet the above conditions at our sole discretion.

Return of Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods. You must send the goods to the following address:

We are not responsible for goods damaged or lost during the return shipping. Therefore, we recommend using an insured and trackable courier service. We cannot issue a refund without the actual receipt of the goods or proof of delivery for the return.

Surfboard Warranty

At Reine Surfboards, our priority is to ensure you have the best experience with your surfboards. Below are the warranty conditions:

  • Shipping Damages

    If, upon receiving your surfboard, you notice that the packaging is damaged or the board has any obvious defects related to shipping, it is necessary to notify us immediately.

    • Timeframe: Report any damage or issues within 24 hours of receiving the order.

    • Process: Contact our customer service team (info@reinesurfboards.com) and provide clear photos of the damage to the packaging and product.

    • Solution: If we confirm that the damage occurred during shipping, we will arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you.

  • Manufacturing Defects

    Reine Surfboards’ surfboards come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. If you find any fault with the board related to its manufacturing, you can claim it as follows:

    • Timeframe: Report the defect within 7 calendar days of receiving the product.

    • Process: Contact our customer service team (contact@reinesurfboards.com) and provide clear photos of the defect.

    • Solution: If the manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will offer you a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference.

  • Warranty Exclusions

    • Damage caused by improper use or mishandling of the board.

    • Damage due to exposure to extreme conditions (e.g., excessive heat or contact with sharp objects).

    • Use under conditions not recommended by Reine Surfboards (e.g., waves outside the recommended range for each model).

Clothing and Accessories Warranty

At Reine Surfboards, we are committed to offering quality products. If you encounter any issues with the clothing or accessories you have purchased, here are the warranty conditions:

  • Returns for Withdrawal

    If you are not satisfied with a clothing or accessory item, you can return it under the following conditions:

    • Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to return it.

    • Conditions: Products must be in their original state, unused, unwashed, and with tags and packaging intact.

    • Process: Contact our customer service team (orders@reinesurfboards.com) with your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason.

    • Refund: Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping costs).

    Defective Products

    If you receive a defective item, you have the right to request an exchange or refund:

    • Timeframe: Report any defect within 7 calendar days of receiving the order.

    • Process: Contact us (contact@reinesurfboards.com) and provide clear photos of the defect.

    • Solution: If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will proceed with a replacement or full refund for the defective product, at no additional cost.

    Warranty Exclusions

    • Products that are not in their original condition, used, or damaged by the customer.

    • Customized or made-to-order items.

    • Returns requested after the established 14-day period.
